Short-Stay Accomodation
Emergency Kit
Do you own or manage Short-Stay Accomodation?
In large-scale, unforeseen events - such as natural disasters - it can take authorities up to three days to provide assistance or arrange evacuations. During this critical period, your guests may need to rely entirely on the resources available at your property. Is your property adequately provisioned for the local risks?
Short-Stay Emergency Kits are designed to support guests if they lose access to essential services such as power, water, or food, or if they are required to remain at your accommodation - for up to three days.
Do you know what the preparedness obligations are for accomodation hosts?
We make it easy &
cost effective
Our Short-Stay Accommodation Kits are designed to be simple for owners and agents to maintain.
Kit instructions and guest information are stored in a separate pouch, allowing guests to access important advice without opening the main kit.
If needed, guests can break the tamper-proof seal to access the kit. This seal makes it easy for you to see if the kit has been used.
Our kit also has provision for owners to leave instructions on any restocking fees they wish to charge if guests open or use the kit.
“PLEASE NOTE: Breaking the seal on this kit can incur a restocking fee, as well as the replacement cost of items used. Please see accomodation information for details.”
