Our Emergency Kit is carefully designed to support a household that may be isolated at home without access to essential services such as power, gas, and water for up to three days.

The kit is intended to supplement the items you are likely to already have at home, helping your household remain safe and supported during an isolation event.

It is also stocked with essentials to assist if you need to leave your home unexpectedly, such as during an evacuation caused by a natural disaster.

The Emergency Kit comes in a custom-made, rescue-orange bag with waterproof zips and a transparent lid. It features strong webbing handles and includes tamper-proof, numbered zip ties to seal the kit—providing peace of mind that vital items have not been removed. Inside the lid is an instruction card with advice on set-up, customisation for your household’s needs, and details on how to replenish used items. A comprehensive manual is also included inside, explaining what to do and how to use the kit in a variety of common Australian emergency situations.

Our Emergency Kit includes an Emergency Manual prepared by local specialists, with advice tailored to large-scale emergency events and disasters in Australia.

It also provides important information for your household on what to do if you ever need to leave or evacuate during an emergency, as well as guidance on how to use the items in the Emergency Kit effectively.

The Emergency Manual outlines a clear system to help you prepare for, survive, and recover from common Australian emergencies.

The kit caters for a household of two people as standard. Add-on packs are available to support additional people, ensuring everyone in your household is covered.

Add-on packs for each additional person include:

  • Extra toiletries

  • Bath towel

  • Poncho

  • Face mask

  • Collapsible water container

Food Rations
Food rations can also be purchased in quantities to match the size of your household. To keep the Kit as affordable as possible, food rations are not included as standard, as many households already have enough food on hand for the recommended three days. However, if you live in an area where evacuation is a risk, we strongly recommend adding food rations to your Emergency Kit.
